Every day for lunch Chad eats a peanut butter and honey sandwich. Since he started his job I have been making his lunches for him. You think...oh it's easy I'll just hurry and make a little sandwich and call it good right? I always thought it didn't matter how you made your peanut butter and honey sandwiches. I personally always preferred more honey than peanut butter but that's just me. Well come to find out that my husband is just the opposite. He has informed me that I'm stingy with the peanut butter. However, I am good at making sure the whole piece of bread is perfectly covered with a very THIN layer of peanut butter. Ok so I guess I am a little stingy with the peanut butter. Chad LOVES peanut butter and honey sandwiches with a whole load of peanut butter globbed on there and then just a touch of honey. So over the past couple of weeks I have been working on my peanut butter sandwich making skills. Every time I make his lunch I force myself to put just a little bit more on in hopes that it'll be enough. It looks like a ton to me so I assume it's enough for him. Well last night as I was making his sandwiches I was seriously gagging at the amount of peanut butter that was on there. Surely this will be enough I thought. So I talked to him on his lunch break and he informed me that the sandwiches were very good....and the sandwiches ALMOST had enough peanut butter on them. haha I think I will have to close my eyes as I make the sandwich in order to slob on that much peanut butter. I think we need to head back to the Sam's Club peanut butter size (you know the BIG Peter Pan stuff) because at the rate we are going we are sure going to need it! Wish me luck with my sandwich making!

hahaha - LOVE IT!! Spence is very particular about his pb and honey sandwiches too - says I don't put enough of either on there:)
Love peanut butter and honey too!!
Just the right amount of both make it the best!! I'm just so impressed that you make sandwiches, but then I use to do that for all of you and dad too. Guess your just in "that stage" of life.
Have you ever just stirred the honey right into the pb? It's soooo good that way. My aunt always used to have a bowl of the pb & honey mixture on her counter. We'd just sit and eat spoonfuls of it!
I just loved this post Michelle, I even shared it with my husband. He is a HUGE fan of peanut butter but uses jam instead. Of course, he is like Chad and has thick PB and very little jam. He insists on the nutty kind, also, says there isn't any purpose for creamy PB. Now for me, I can go years without eating peanut butter, unless, of course, it is covered in chocolate. Candy
